Stuck in Cairo

As many of you have heard, Greece is having some issues. At first, we thought it would be minor issues and maybe cheaper prices, but the workers have gone on strike. This means that flights to and from Athens have been cancelled. We discovered this today when we arrived at the Cairo airport. Our flight wasn't listed on the departure boards and the EgyptAir staffer calmly said "oh, greece is on strike". I looked at him and said "um... So now what?!"

We made some phone calls and our graciius hostel owner, Mr Hany said its no problem for us to stay another night. He even asked if we needed a driver. We told him "no" and flagged down a taxi at the airport, talking him down from 100egp to 60 (we are getting good at this). And now we are on our way back into the city. If all is resolved tomorrow, we can hop on a flight to Athens at the same time. If not, we may have to devise a plan B. Keep your fingers crossed for us.
